Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic, ginger and sauté well
Add onion and sauté till transparent
Add tomato and cook till mushy
Allow it to cool, and grind to a fine paste
Add butter to the pan
Add cauliflower florets, cook until tender
Add green peas, add ½tsp of salt and cook until tender
Add the ground paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ½tsp of salt and mix well
Cook covered for 5min
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with rotis or parathas
