Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Medu Vadai / மெது வடை
  • 200 ml Curd / தயிர் - whisked
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • ½ cup Coconut / தேங்காய் - grated
  • 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய்
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை - chopped
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
  • ½ cup Kara boondi / காரா பூந்தி
  • ½ cup Sev
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala - optional

Instructions
 

  • Grind coconut and green chili into a fine paste
  • Mix the above paste with whisked curd along with little salt, keep aside
  • Dip hot vadai into the buttermilk for 2~3min
  • Drain and soak in the whisked curd mix
  • Garnish with curry leaves, coriander leaves, boondi, sev and chat masala on top and serve
