Instructions
Grind coconut and green chili into a fine paste
Mix the above paste with whisked curd along with little salt, keep aside
Dip hot vadai into the buttermilk for 2~3min
Drain and soak in the whisked curd mix
Garnish with curry leaves, coriander leaves, boondi, sev and chat masala on top and serve
