Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 500 gm Tomato / தக்காளி
  • 50 gm Garlic / பூண்டு
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம்
  • 200 ml Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு
  • 50 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Grind tomato, half of garlic, onion into fine paste, without adding water
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry rest of garlic until golden brown
  • Add the ground paste and cook well for 10min
  • Add cream and mix well
  • Mix cooked spaghetti
  • Sprinkle pepper powder
  • Serve hot with chili oil
