Instructions
Grind tomato, half of garlic, onion into fine paste, without adding water
Heat oil in a pan
Fry rest of garlic until golden brown
Add the ground paste and cook well for 10min
Add cream and mix well
Mix cooked spaghetti
Sprinkle pepper powder
Serve hot with chili oil
