Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Nendrampazham / நேந்திரம் பழம் - pressure cooked n peeled
  • 1 cup Jaggery / வெல்லம் - grated
  • 2 nos Cardamom, Green / ஏலக்காய்
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk / தேங்காய்ப் பால்
  • 20 ml Milk / பால்
  • 1 tbsp Coconut / தேங்காய் - sliced
  • 10 nos Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு
  • 10 nos Raisin
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / நெய்

Instructions
 

  • Grind nendrampazham, jaggery, cardamom into pulp
  • Add coconut milk and blend again
  • Transfer into a pan and bring to a boil
  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Fry coconut, cashewnuts, raisins separately
  • Garnish in the pradhaman
  • Serve hot or cold
