Ghee / நெய்
Instructions
Grind nendrampazham, jaggery, cardamom into pulp
Add coconut milk and blend again
Transfer into a pan and bring to a boil
Heat ghee in a pan
Fry coconut, cashewnuts, raisins separately
Garnish in the pradhaman
Serve hot or cold
