Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - shredded
  • ¼ cup Carrot / காரெட் - grated
  • ¼ cup Mustard seed / கடுகு - sliced
  • ¼ cup French Beans, Fresh - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
  • 2 nos Red Chili, Fresh - chopped, adjust your spice level
  • 1 tsp Bell Pepper / குடை மிளகாய் - chopped
  • ¼ cup Spring Onion - chopped
  • 1 tsp Celery - chopped
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
  • 3 cup Vegetable broth
  • 5 tsp Corn Starch - dissolved in 2tbsp of water
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Noodles - cooked
  • Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Fry cooked noodles and drain oil in kitchen paper, keep aside
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan
  • Add chopped red chill, ginger, garlic and sauté well
  • Add spring onion and sauté well
  • Add french beans, mushroom and sauté well
  • Add carrot, bell pepper and stir fry for 3~4min
  • Add soy sauce, black pepper, stir well
  • Add vegetable stock
  • Add salt and bring to a boil in min flame
  • Add dissolved corn starch and stir well
  • Add vinegar and mix well
  • Switch off flame
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Serve hot along with fried noodles
