Fry cooked noodles and drain oil in kitchen paper, keep aside
Heat sesame oil in a pan
Add chopped red chill, ginger, garlic and sauté well
Add spring onion and sauté well
Add french beans, mushroom and sauté well
Add carrot, bell pepper and stir fry for 3~4min
Add soy sauce, black pepper, stir well
Add vegetable stock
Add salt and bring to a boil in min flame
Add dissolved corn starch and stir well
Add vinegar and mix well
Switch off flame
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot along with fried noodles
