Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Noodles
  • ¼ cup Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - shredded
  • ¼ cup Carrot / காரெட் - long and thinly sliced n streamed
  • ¼ cup French Beans, Fresh - chopped n steamed
  • ½ cup Spring Onion - chopped
  • ½ cup Tomato / தக்காளி - chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk / தேங்காய்ப் பால்
  • ½ cup Yogurt / தயிர்
  • 2 tbsp Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
  • 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder / சீரகத் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 buncha Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
  • 2 nos Lemon / எலுமிச்சம் பழம் - juice

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles until soft along with 1tsp of oil, salt and 2ltr of water
  • Drain and keep aside
  • Take little cooked noodle and pat dry it
  • Deep fry it in oil, keep aside
  • Mix coconut milkj, 2cups of water, yoghurt, besan and whisk until besan dissolves without lumps
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add ginger, garlic and stir fry for few seconds
  • Add above mix, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt
  • Bring the mixture to rolling boil and lower the flame for 5min

How to serve

  • Take a portion of noodle in a bowl
  • Add all vegetables
  • Pour hot soup over it until it submerges
  • Add chopped coriander leaves
  • Add crispy fried noodles
  • Serve hot
