Cook noodles until soft along with 1tsp of oil, salt and 2ltr of water
Drain and keep aside
Take little cooked noodle and pat dry it
Deep fry it in oil, keep aside
Mix coconut milkj, 2cups of water, yoghurt, besan and whisk until besan dissolves without lumps
Heat oil in a pan
Add ginger, garlic and stir fry for few seconds
Add above mix, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt
Bring the mixture to rolling boil and lower the flame for 5min
