Inippadai
Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice, raw / பச்சரிசி
- 1 cup Thoor dhal / துவரம் பருப்பு
- 2½ cup Jaggery / வெல்லம் - grated
- 1 cup Coconut, Fresh / தேங்காய் - grated
- 2 nos Cardamom, Green / ஏலக்காய்
Instructions
- Dry fry rice and thoor dhal separately for 5min each
- Mix them together and soak with sufficient water over night
- Grind rice, thoor dhal along with jaggery, cardamom, coconut into a fine batter
- Consistency shall be in line with dosai
- Heat dosa tawa to medium hot
- Take a ladle full of batter and spread evenly over the tawa to form a circle of 7~8inch in diameter
Notes
Serve hot, side dish is not required
