Instructions
Dry fry rice and thoor dhal separately for 5min each
Mix them together and soak with sufficient water over night
Grind rice, thoor dhal along with jaggery, cardamom, coconut into a fine batter
Consistency shall be in line with dosai
Heat dosa tawa to medium hot
Take a ladle full of batter and spread evenly over the tawa to form a circle of 7~8inch in diameter
Notes
Serve hot, side dish is not required
