Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Basmati Rice / பாசுமதி அரிசி - cooked
  • 15 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
  • 4 nos Red Chili, Fresh - slit lengthwise
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon stick / லவங்கப் பட்டை - powdered
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / நெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter
  • Sauté garlic until golden brown
  • Add fresh red chili and sauté well
  • Add garam masala and fry a little
  • Mix the above with cooked rice
  • Serve hot

Notes

Variation
  • Heat additional 1tbsp of ghee in a pan
  • Add little cooked rice and allow it fry
  • Garnish this fried rice over the rice before serving
