adjust to your taste
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan
Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter
Sauté garlic until golden brown
Add fresh red chili and sauté well
Add garam masala and fry a little
Mix the above with cooked rice
Serve hot
Notes
Variation
Heat additional 1tbsp of ghee in a pan
Add little cooked rice and allow it fry
Garnish this fried rice over the rice before serving
