Podi Idly
Ingredients
- 4 cup Idli Batter / இட்லி மாவு
- 2 tbsp Lasoon ki Chutney
- 1 tbsp Idli Milagai Podi / இட்லி மிளகாய்ப் பொடி
- 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
Instructions
- Grease idly plates with little oil
- Steam cook them for 10min in medium flame and 5min in low flame
- Mix idli milagai podi, oil, little water
- Add idly and mix well
- Sprinkle lasoon ki chutney over
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot
