Choco Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 2 nos Carrot / காரெட் - peeled n grated
- 2 nos Egg / முட்டை
- 50 ml Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup All Purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 cup Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
- 50 ml Milk / பால்
- 1 tbsp Chocolate powder
- 50 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Grind carrot, egg, vegetable oil into smooth paste
- Sieve all purpose flour, 1cup of sugar, baking powder
- Add ground paste into it and mix well
- Pour into a greased cake baking die
- Pre-heat oven to 190°C
- Bake for 45min
- Check the consistency by pricking a tooth pick into the cake, the dough should not stick into it
- Add 1cup of sugar, chocolate powder, milk and butter in a pan
- Heat it in medium flame until it turns into a paste consistency
- Pour over the baked cake
- Slice the cake
