Choco Carrot Cake

Grind carrot, egg, vegetable oil into smooth paste

Sieve all purpose flour, 1cup of sugar, baking powder

Add ground paste into it and mix well

Pour into a greased cake baking die

Pre-heat oven to 190°C

Bake for 45min

Check the consistency by pricking a tooth pick into the cake, the dough should not stick into it

Add 1cup of sugar, chocolate powder, milk and butter in a pan

Heat it in medium flame until it turns into a paste consistency

Pour over the baked cake

Slice the cake
