Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Burdox Root - Gobo, peeled n cut long
  • 100 gm Carrot / காரெட் - peeled n cut long
  • 20 gm Lotus root - chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame seed, Black / எள்ளு, கருப்பு
  • 1 tbsp Mirin - Rice Wine
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Sake
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு
  • 1 tbsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • 1 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய் - coarsely crushed
  • 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add gobo and fry cook for 2min
  • Add carrot and stir fry for 2min
  • Add lotus root and stir fry for 2min
  • Add mirin, cooking sake, salt, sugar, red chili and little water and cook until the liquid dries up
  • Add sesame and stir well
  • Serve hot or cold
