Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add gobo and fry cook for 2min
Add carrot and stir fry for 2min
Add lotus root and stir fry for 2min
Add mirin, cooking sake, salt, sugar, red chili and little water and cook until the liquid dries up
Add sesame and stir well
Serve hot or cold
