Ingredients
  

  • 1 ltr Full Fat Milk

Instructions
 

  • Take milk in a heavy bottomed pan and bring to a boil in medium flame
  • Simmer the flame and continue boiling milk by stirring occasionally
  • While the milk froths break it and stir well
  • Occasionally scrape the milk hardened along sides
  • In about 2hours time the milk will completely become solid
  • Allow it to cool down to room temperature
  • Wrap it in a cellophane paper and refrigerate it
