Plain Khoya (Mawa)
Ingredients
- 1 ltr Full Fat Milk
Instructions
- Take milk in a heavy bottomed pan and bring to a boil in medium flame
- Simmer the flame and continue boiling milk by stirring occasionally
- While the milk froths break it and stir well
- Occasionally scrape the milk hardened along sides
- In about 2hours time the milk will completely become solid
- Allow it to cool down to room temperature
- Wrap it in a cellophane paper and refrigerate it
