Schezwan Idli
Ingredients
- 40 - 50 nos Mini Idli
- 5 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 4 tbsp Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - chopped
- 3 tbsp Carrot / காரெட் - chopped
- 3 tbsp French Beans, Fresh - chopped
- 2 tbsp Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
- 1 tbsp Celery
- 1 tbsp Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum, Green - chopped
- 3 tbsp Spring Onion - chopped [reserve green part for garnishing]
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add garlic, fry until golden brown
- Add all chopped vegetables, pan fry them until the sides turn crispy
- Add idlis, mix well and allow them to fry naturally
- Add schezwan sauce, salt, mix well
- Garnish with spring onions
