Ingredients
  

  • 40 - 50 nos Mini Idli
  • 5 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - chopped
  • 3 tbsp Carrot / காரெட் - chopped
  • 3 tbsp French Beans, Fresh - chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 1 tbsp Celery
  • 1 tbsp Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum, Green - chopped
  • 3 tbsp Spring Onion - chopped [reserve green part for garnishing]
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, fry until golden brown
  • Add all chopped vegetables, pan fry them until the sides turn crispy
  • Add idlis, mix well and allow them to fry naturally
  • Add schezwan sauce, salt, mix well
  • Garnish with spring onions
