Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic, fry until golden brown
Add all chopped vegetables, pan fry them until the sides turn crispy
Add idlis, mix well and allow them to fry naturally
Add schezwan sauce, salt, mix well
Garnish with spring onions
