Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Eryngii Mushroom - thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion - chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame seed, Black / எள்ளு, கருப்பு - toasted
  • 1 pinch Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste, be careful: Soy Sauce will be salty)

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, cooking sake, mirin, sugar well in a small bowl
  • Marinate mushroom with above sauce for 15~20min
  • Arrange the mushroom over a baking paper in an oven-safe tray, reserve the excess sauce
  • Allow it to dry for about 10min
  • Grease with oil
  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  • Grill it for 10~15min
  • Reverse the mushroom, and grill it for another 10min
  • Heat oil in a skillet
  • Stir fry 1tbsp spring onion
  • Add grilled mushroom and stir fry a little
  • Add the remaining sauce and cook for 2min
  • Garnish with remaining spring onion, sesame

Notes

Serve with steamed Japanese rice with eryngii teriyaki topping
