Eryngii Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 4 nos Eryngii Mushroom - thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
- 2 tbsp Spring Onion - chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame seed, Black / எள்ளு, கருப்பு - toasted
- 1 pinch Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste, be careful: Soy Sauce will be salty)
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, cooking sake, mirin, sugar well in a small bowl
- Marinate mushroom with above sauce for 15~20min
- Arrange the mushroom over a baking paper in an oven-safe tray, reserve the excess sauce
- Allow it to dry for about 10min
- Grease with oil
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Grill it for 10~15min
- Reverse the mushroom, and grill it for another 10min
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Stir fry 1tbsp spring onion
- Add grilled mushroom and stir fry a little
- Add the remaining sauce and cook for 2min
- Garnish with remaining spring onion, sesame

Serve with steamed Japanese rice with eryngii teriyaki topping
