Rice Sevai
Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice / அரிசி - soaked for 3hrs
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil / தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Drain and grind the rice into a fine batter
- Add salt, oil, mix well
- Steam cook the batter over greased idli plates
- When the idlis are super hot, load then into the sevai press and press it to yield sevai [I used a non-conventional sevai press and its quite thick, some people do not like it]
