Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Rice / அரிசி - soaked for 3hrs
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil / தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Drain and grind the rice into a fine batter
  • Add salt, oil, mix well
  • Steam cook the batter over greased idli plates
  • When the idlis are super hot, load then into the sevai press and press it to yield sevai [I used a non-conventional sevai press and its quite thick, some people do not like it]
