Instructions
Drain and grind the rice into a fine batter
Add salt, oil, mix well
Steam cook the batter over greased idli plates
When the idlis are super hot, load then into the sevai press and press it to yield sevai [I used a non-conventional sevai press and its quite thick, some people do not like it]
