Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Penne Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 4~5 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - diced
  • 4 nos Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
  • ¼ cup Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை - optional
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 4 nos Basil leaves, Fresh - randomly teared
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
  • ½ tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம் - freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet
  • Add garlic and sauté for a min
  • Add onion and sauté for a min
  • Add red pepper flakes and fry for a min
  • Add tomato and cook until mushy
  • Add sugar, black pepper, salt, mix well
  • Add parmesan cheese and mix well
  • Add cooked penne and mix well, cook for a min along with sauce
  • Garnish with a basil leaf, Parsley
