Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Paneer - cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - randomly chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - randomly chopped
  • 5 nos Garlic / பூண்டு - randomly chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger / இஞ்சி - randomly chopped
  • 10 nos Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு
  • 50 ml Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய் - use Ghee as an alternate
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, sauté for 2min
  • Add ginger sauté for a min
  • Add cashew nuts, fry until golden brown
  • Add onion, sauté until golden brown
  • Add tomato sauté until mushy
  • Allow it to cool
  • Blend into a coarse paste
  • Pour it back to the same pan
  • Add green peas, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mix well
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add paneer cubes and bring to a boil
  • Garnish with coriander leaves

Notes

Server hot along with rotis or rice
