Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic, sauté for 2min
Add ginger sauté for a min
Add cashew nuts, fry until golden brown
Add onion, sauté until golden brown
Add tomato sauté until mushy
Allow it to cool
Blend into a coarse paste
Pour it back to the same pan
Add green peas, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mix well
Bring to a boil
Add paneer cubes and bring to a boil
Garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
Server hot along with rotis or rice
