Spicy Carrot Curry Soup
Ingredients
- 500 gm Carrot / காரெட் - randomly chopped
- 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - randomply chopped
- 25 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்
- 100 ml Sour Cream
- 750 ml Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - , adjust to your taste
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tsp Parsley leaves, Fresh - chopped
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan
- Sauté onion, then carrot
- Blend it into a paste, sieve it for a smooth consistency
- Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil
- Add salt, curry powder, lower the flame, allow it to boil
- Add sour cream, mix well
- Garnish with parsley
