Instructions
Heat butter in a pan
Sauté onion, then carrot
Blend it into a paste, sieve it for a smooth consistency
Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil
Add salt, curry powder, lower the flame, allow it to boil
Add sour cream, mix well
Garnish with parsley
Notes
