Carrot Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 nos Carrot / காரெட் - grated
- 2 cup Wheat flour (atta)
- 100 ml Oil / எண்ணெய்
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
- 1 tsp Ajwain seed
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix ajwain, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, coriander, grated carrot, wheat flour
- Knead the above into chappati dough
- Roll into a small chappati, approx 4inch
- Apply little oil on the surface
- Fold the chappati and roll it again into a thin paratha
- Heat a tawa and cook paratha for 1~2min on both sides
