Instructions
Mix ajwain, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, coriander, grated carrot, wheat flour
Knead the above into chappati dough
Roll into a small chappati, approx 4inch
Apply little oil on the surface
Fold the chappati and roll it again into a thin paratha
Heat a tawa and cook paratha for 1~2min on both sides
Notes
Serve hot with any of curries
