Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 400 gm Tomato / தக்காளி - diced
  • 50 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 10 leaf Basil leaves, Fresh
  • 4-5 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - crushed
  • 1 tsp Red Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 50 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 50 gm Parmesan Cheese - grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in pan
  • Add garlic, fry well for a mil
  • Add red chili flakes, diced tomato, mix well, bring to a boil
  • Add sugar, salt, parmesan cheese, vegetable broth, mix well
  • Add cooked spaghetti, mix well
  • Garnish with basil leaves

Notes

Serve hot with additional parmesan cheese sprinkled over
