Instructions
Heat olive oil in pan
Add garlic, fry well for a mil
Add red chili flakes, diced tomato, mix well, bring to a boil
Add sugar, salt, parmesan cheese, vegetable broth, mix well
Add cooked spaghetti, mix well
Garnish with basil leaves
Notes
Serve hot with additional parmesan cheese sprinkled over
