Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Capsicum / குடை மிளகாய் - de,seeded and cut into rings
  • 2 nos Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - boiled and smashed
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - chopped
  • 2 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
  • 1 inch piece Ginger / இஞ்சி - minced
  • 2 tbsp Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 500 ml Oil / எண்ணெய் - for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix potato, onion, garlic, ginger, green peas, besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt well into a dough
  • Stuff into the cut capsicum tightly
  • Deep fry the capsicum in medium flame until the filling is golden brown

Notes

Serve hot with ketchup
