Instructions
Mix potato, onion, garlic, ginger, green peas, besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt well into a dough
Stuff into the cut capsicum tightly
Deep fry the capsicum in medium flame until the filling is golden brown
Notes
Serve hot with ketchup
