Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Rice / அரிசி - cooked
  • 2 cup Rice flour / அசிரி மாவு
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 3 - 4 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped, adjust to your spice level
  • 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Knead the cooked rice when its hot so that it becomes super mashed easily
  • Add rice flour, cumin, knead well
  • Add oil little by little so that the dough will not stick on hands
  • split into equal portions (approx 10~12nos)
  • Roll them into thin rotis
  • Heat tawa to medium hot
  • Cook all the roti over both sides for 1~2min
  • Add little oil for a crispy finish

Notes

Serve hot along with chutney of your choice  
Note: This is similar to Akki Roti but only difference is to use cooked rice to get the roti soft
