Carrot Cream Soup
Ingredients
- 500 ml Vegetable Broth
- 4 nos Carrot / காரெட் - randomly cut
Instructions
- Pressure cook carrot up to 5 whistles
- Allow it to cool, grind it well
- Strain out the pieces
- Repeat grind, strain process until you get all the pieces well ground
- Mix with vegetable broth, cream
- Heat, bring to a boil
- Add salt, mix well
Notes
Serve hot along with soup sticks or bread croutons
