Instructions
Pressure cook carrot up to 5 whistles
Allow it to cool, grind it well
Strain out the pieces
Repeat grind, strain process until you get all the pieces well ground
Mix with vegetable broth, cream
Heat, bring to a boil
Add salt, mix well
Notes
Serve hot along with soup sticks or bread croutons
