Gobi Tikka
Ingredients
- 1 nos Cauliflower - cut into small florets, blanched medium
- 2 tbsp Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
- 1 tsp Ginger paste / இஞ்சி விழுது
- 1 tsp Garlic paste / பூண்டு விழுது
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - (adjust to your spice level)
- ½ tsp Ajwain seed
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
- 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves, Dry / வெந்தய இலை, உலர்ந்தது
- ¼ cup Curd / தயிர்
- 1 tsp Lemon juice / எலுமிச்சை சாறு
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add ajwain, fry a little
- Add besan, simmer the flame, fry well
- Add ginger garlic paste, mix well, transfer into a bowl
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, curd, kasoori methi, mustard oil, mix well
- Allow it to rest for 30min
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Bake for 5min, give an oil coat, bake again for 5min or until cauliflower starts turning brown
Notes
Garnish with cut vegetables, coriander leaves
