Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Cauliflower - cut into small florets, blanched medium
  • 2 tbsp Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste / இஞ்சி விழுது
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste / பூண்டு விழுது
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - (adjust to your spice level)
  • ½ tsp Ajwain seed
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves, Dry / வெந்தய இலை, உலர்ந்தது
  • ¼ cup Curd / தயிர்
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice / எலுமிச்சை சாறு
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add ajwain, fry a little
  • Add besan, simmer the flame, fry well
  • Add ginger garlic paste, mix well, transfer into a bowl
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, curd, kasoori methi, mustard oil, mix well
  • Allow it to rest for 30min
  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  • Bake for 5min, give an oil coat, bake again for 5min or until cauliflower starts turning brown

Notes

Garnish with cut vegetables, coriander leaves
Serve hot
