Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add ajwain, fry a little
Add besan, simmer the flame, fry well
Add ginger garlic paste, mix well, transfer into a bowl
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, curd, kasoori methi, mustard oil, mix well
Allow it to rest for 30min
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Bake for 5min, give an oil coat, bake again for 5min or until cauliflower starts turning brown
Notes
Garnish with cut vegetables, coriander leaves
Serve hot
