Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
  • 25 gm Thoor dhal / துவரம் பருப்பு
  • 50 gm Coriander seed / தனியா
  • 25 gm Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 25 gm Black Pepper / மிளகு
  • 10 gm Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 10 gm Fenugreek seed / வெந்தயம்
  • 10 gm Mustard seed / கடுகு
  • 1 cup Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • 10 gm Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்
  • 2 tsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry red chilli for 2min and keep aside, allow it to cool
  • Dry roast rest all ingredients except turmeric and asafoetida for about 3min
  • Allow it to cool
  • Add turmeric and asafoetida
  • Grind it into a fine powder
  • Store it in air tight container
