Oats Paniyaram

Ingredients
- 3 cup Oats
- 1 cup Rice flour / அசிரி மாவு
- 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
- 2 – 3 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
- 5 – 6 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
- 1 bunch Fenugreek leaves, Fresh / வெந்தயக் கீரை - finely chopped (optional)
- 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை - finely chopped
- 2 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your 2taste
- 2 cup Sour Yogurt
- 1 tsp Cooking Soda
for frying
- 150 gm Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Dry roast oats in a pan
- Add little oil in a pan and fry onion, garlic, green chili well until raw smell goes off
- Mix rice flour, roast oats and all other ingredients with yogurt and mix well to make a dough consistency [add little water, if required]
- Heat oil in the paniyaram frying pan
- Add little dough in each kuzhi and fry well
- Repeat this until the dough completes
- Serve hot with coconut/coriander chutney or sambar
