Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml Curd / தயிர்
  • 5 pods Garlic / பூண்டு
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • 1 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய்
  • 2 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 2 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to taste
  • ltr Water / தண்ணீர்

Instructions
 

  • Churn curd well
  • Heat a pan and dry fry garlic
  • Once garlic turns light brown in color, add curry leaves and jeera and fry well
  • While it is hot grind them well in a hand grinder
  • Mix the ground powder to curd and add water

Notes

Variation * You could add kala namak (black salt) instead of usual salt * You could add cold water
