Instructions
Churn curd well
Heat a pan and dry fry garlic
Once garlic turns light brown in color, add curry leaves and jeera and fry well
While it is hot grind them well in a hand grinder
Mix the ground powder to curd and add water
Notes
Variation * You could add kala namak (black salt) instead of usual salt * You could add cold water
