Cream Penne Pasta
Ingredients
- 400 gm Penne Pasta - cooked until al dente
- 200 ml High fat milk
- 20 gm Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
- 20 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 20 ml Spicy Garlic Oil
Instructions
- Mix high fat milk and corn flour well without any lumps
- Warm olive oil [do not allow to smoke, just warm]
- Sauté red chilli, garlic
- Add cooked penne and mix well
- Simmer the flame and add the milk/corn flour mix
- Stir well until the corn flour solidifies a bit
- Switch off flame and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper powder
- Garnish with spicy garlic oil
- Serve hot
