Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Penne Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 200 ml High fat milk
  • 20 gm Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
  • 20 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 20 ml Spicy Garlic Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix high fat milk and corn flour well without any lumps
  • Warm olive oil [do not allow to smoke, just warm]
  • Sauté red chilli, garlic
  • Add cooked penne and mix well
  • Simmer the flame and add the milk/corn flour mix
  • Stir well until the corn flour solidifies a bit
  • Switch off flame and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper powder
  • Garnish with spicy garlic oil
  • Serve hot
