High fat milk

Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்

Spicy Garlic Oil
Instructions
Mix high fat milk and corn flour well without any lumps
Warm olive oil [do not allow to smoke, just warm]
Sauté red chilli, garlic
Add cooked penne and mix well
Simmer the flame and add the milk/corn flour mix
Stir well until the corn flour solidifies a bit
Switch off flame and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper powder
Garnish with spicy garlic oil
Serve hot
