Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Neem Flower, Dry / வேப்ப்பம் பூ, உலர்ந்தது - dried
  • 1 lemon size Tamarind extract / புளிக் கரைசல்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - long slit
  • 2 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed / கடுகு
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / நெய்
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி

Instructions
 

  • Hear a bowl
  • Add salt, green chilli, asafoetida to the tamarind extract and allow it boil
  • Let the tamarind extract reduce to half
  • Add 2cups of water, allow it boil
  • Take off the flame
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Temper with mustard, red chilli
  • Add neem flower and fry well
  • Add curry leaves and fry as well
  • Add it to the boiled tamarind water
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with rice and potato fry curry
