Instructions
Hear a bowl
Add salt, green chilli, asafoetida to the tamarind extract and allow it boil
Let the tamarind extract reduce to half
Add 2cups of water, allow it boil
Take off the flame
Heat oil in a pan
Temper with mustard, red chilli
Add neem flower and fry well
Add curry leaves and fry as well
Add it to the boiled tamarind water
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with rice and potato fry curry
